7/15/2025The dual master’s program in International Management enables students to work with a partner company to consolidate and further develop the knowledge and skills acquired in a bachelor’s program in the field of business administration. The objective of taking part in a cooperative Master’s program is to prepare students to take on challenging specialist and managerial duties to a high standard within international enterprises active within any sector or at any level, or in associations, scientific institutions or public bodies. By combining theory with practice, students will receive optimal preparation for taking on managerial tasks within a company. What our students can expect: To study at the university to consolidate and further develop their knowledge in the field of business administration with an international focus. To combine theory with practice at the partner company. To advance their methodological and social skills as preparation for taking on specialist and managerial duties, especially within the partner company. To develop their profile through the numerous options available to them as of the second semester. Five compulsory modules, each worth 6 credit points, will be covered in the first semester. One of these modules will be completed in collaboration with the partner company. During university holidays (please see the program timetable), students can work at the partner company. In the second semester, students can choose one of three specializations (22 credit points) and one of four additional modules (8 credit points). In the third semester, students may either undertake an international project at the partner company or an internship at the partner company’s foreign office. Both the internship and the global project lasts 20 weeks. During the fourth semester, students will work on their master’s thesis in collaboration with the partner company (24 credit points). Following this, they will complete an oral examination at the university (6 credit points). Students will spend around 66% of their time on the degree program at the partner company.
