With a global trade share of approx. 20 percent, the industry is the leading supplier of machinery worldwide, ahead of the USA and Japan. Due to the high export share, all major production technology companies operate internationally and are always looking for engineers and managers with the same international perspective who, in addition to their knowledge of engineering, also have business and foreign language skills.This is exactly where the IP degree program comes in as it enables students to gain knowledge not only of traditional mechanical engineering, but also of management in both German and English, ensuring they are well-prepared for an international working environment.During your degree, you will learn about a diverse and varied range of topics, such as technical mechanics, design theory, production technology, and materials science, as well as management topics such as supply chain management and global operations strategy.*Double degree possible.
