7/15/2026The consecutive Master's degree programme is an educational science programme with a focus on heterogeneity in education. The problem of heterogeneity, which is related, among other things, to the dimensions of culture, gender, age and inequality of population groups, represents a socially highly significant topic and is also associated with completely new challenges and tasks in the field of education and training. The programme builds on the knowledge and competences from the Bachelor's programme and enables students to recognise opportunities and problems of heterogeneity in education and training, to develop concepts for dealing with it and to reflect on them critically. Students specialise by choosing one of the four elective compulsory areas of education and socialisation processes in the pedagogy of childhood and adolescence, teaching and educational media research, adult and further education and in aesthetic educational processes.
