9/30/2025This program equips graduates to identify and analyze complex regional science problems, especially in the area of urban and spatial research with a global perspective—focusing on the Global South. Students critically examine development concepts, governance processes, regional management, and planning systems, benefiting from international cooperation, including joint activities with Latin American universities. The curriculum is interdisciplinary and suited for students with backgrounds in geography, planning, social sciences, economics, or related fields. Admission is open to applicants with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) of at least 180 ECTS in spatial or planning disciplines.
