7/15/2026The Pedagogics Master's program (Magister Artium/M.A.) at KIT is a consecutive, full-time, on-campus program (Karlsruhe campus) lasting 4 semesters (2 years) and comprising 120 ECTS. Instruction is in German. The curriculum covers vocational education research, teaching and learning research, personnel and skills development, and scientific processes, with electives and a final thesis in the fourth semester. Applicants deepen academic qualifications from the bachelor's and supplement them with electives.
