9/30/2025The Master of Education (Lehramt Gymnasium) Informatics at KIT is a 2-year, full-time program combining scientific studies in Informatics and a complementary teaching subject with educational science and practical school training. Students earn 120 ECTS in 4 semesters, including advanced Informatics modules, Fachdidaktik, and a Praxissemester (school internship). Admission requires a related Bachelor’s degree (Lehramt or Informatics major plus elements from lehramtsbezogenen Bachelor). Graduates must gain admission in two teaching subjects.
