The focus is on independent, scientific work, including lectures, seminars, and essential laboratory courses. Compulsory electives allow you to set priorities in food chemistry, analytics, biochemistry, or toxicology. Program content covers chemistry and analysis of food, cosmetics, consumer goods, and animal feed, as well as biochemistry of nutrition, food toxicology, law, and process engineering.
