3/1/2026The course is over 4 semester. Key qualifications like CAD, special aspects of mechanics or Marketing & Communication are spread over the first 3 semesters. Industrial internship is provided in Semester 2. A project thesis is a key element of Semester 3, while Semester 4 is reserved for the Master thesis. Around these special topics various lectures are arranged to fulfil the various specializations.

You are right here, if you earned a Bachelor of Science with profound theoretical basics in mathematics, mechanics, fluid dynamics and some thermodynamics. Also good knowledge in programming and software design are of big advantage. Our University is unique in systems oriented research and teaching. Furthermore, you should hold a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering and have a strong understanding of mechanics, mathematics and diverse topics of mechanical engineering.
