7/15/2026Business administrators are primarily concerned with the analysis and design of companies. They develop corporate strategies and monitor their implementation to align the company and its products to the customers‘ requirements. Additionally, they aim to increase performance and profitability, e.g. through improvements in work processes and organizational structures or through the development of employee reward systems. Our bachelor's degree programme makes use of sophisticated methodological tools and excellently prepares the students for their work life. The students immerse themselves in abstract and complex ways of thinking, which are essential for dealing with current problems in corporate practice in the field of management but also in other operational sub-functions (e.g. procurement, production, marketing, finance, accounting, organization, technology and innovations management). They also gain insight into specific work environments particularly during their corporate internships which are part of the study programme. The students are thus not only able of employing these business skills, but will also be capable of critical thinking as well as exploring and solving new problems later on in their careers. Additionally, the study programme is an excellent preparation to proceed with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
