The Bachelor’s programme in Waldorf Education is offered at the Institute for Waldorf Education, Inclusion and Intercultural Studies in Mannheim. It imparts the skills and knowledge required as a teacher in the context of (Waldorf) education. The programme combines scientific, artistic and social personality development with the aim of working “with and for people”. A considerable portion of the course involves practical learning. This is accompanied by scientific theory and reflection. Another special feature is the high proportion of artistic (self-)education. By covering a broad repertoire of scientific and didactic-methodological content, the programme provides comprehensive preparation for the tasks awaiting future Waldorf educators.
